worst place and so rude - lost two items and dont even care... we have been very good customers over the last 2 years and they could not care less

I have been a patron for 3 years. In these 3 years I have seen the prices slowly increase and the quality of service has plunged. Today was the third time that I received my garments back with huge fees and little to no work done.
The final straw was a coat I took in for re-inforcement on all of the buttons that were falling off after years of wear. I picked up the coat for $84 and every button was re-attached by ONE THREAD! It truly made me sad to spend this much money and have these buttons fall right off again. I cant bear arguing with the owners of this place anymore. After the original owner died those inheritors bumped up prices and threw customer service and the skill of tailoring out the window. A small tragedy.
