Josh Prottas, the president of Working Realty currently manages a building that I was once a shareholder of. He managed the building in a horrific way- including bouncing checks and sending the building into foreclosure status - until the board stepped up and took over the management of extending and eventually paying off the mortgage we had. He also ignored our shareholder bylaws frequently - allowing a majority owner to purchase 3 apartments in the building without so much as a board vote - and then lied about it afterwards. The only reason he still manages this building is because the majority owner in the building loves the fact he sits in her pocket. The rest of the board wants him and his company gone.
I would run far away before allowing his man to become my landlord, real estate agent, or managing agent. Stay away from this total criminal.
