The front desk person named Michelle is not great at all and be rolling her eyes and snapping at people, the sad part is she to old for all that. She should know better. Other than that the people who actually help u find a job are great. If u willing to help yourself they will go far for you. They could do better with calling you back after leaving a voicemail but every worker is different.

I found my recent experience at the Work Force 1 to be very unprofessional and lacked compassion for the unemployed except for one person who actually multi tasked to help several people quickly.
If these people don't like dealing with people they should resign - there are lots of people who can use a job.
