Workers Compensation Doctor Brooklyn - Park Avenue Trauma

If Park Ave Trauma changes the front desk lady Miss Kesha, this place could be one of the best places. This lady is very rude and her attitude towards others is always insulting.
Dr Hedrych and his others staff members are excellent. Staff working in physical center is very courteous, but to see Dr Hedrych and other staff member, unfortunately you have to face Miss Kesha first. She denigrates and disrespects others as she thinks that she is only one who is running this center. And she is spoiling the whole impression and reputation of Park Avenue Trauma Center.
If you call Trauma Center and she picks up the phone, she always put you on hold for 10/15 minutes. If you are in the Park Avenue Trauma center and need some help or assistance, you have to wait other receptionist ladies. She doesn’t listen and always be on her cell phone or eating.
I am sorry Dr Hedrych and CO of this center, but this lady discriminate people. Her attitude is different towards every patient. I would request to take notice of her behavior.

My father has been going to Park Ave Trauma for 9 years and he absolutely loves the service. The Doctors and receptionists are so caring and will do anything to make you feel comfortable. The Doctors are very responsive and the staff always treats him well. He would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy. The place has been very helpful in my fathers recovery since his accident. The environment and other patients make the place very friendly and humorous. Thank you so much for the great care!
