Truly exceptional service for a very troublesome and messy furnace! The furnace in my home had not been cleaned for years and was in desperate need of both cleaning and repair. Art came in, spoke to me about his plan, informed me of the status as he went along and cleaned and repaired the furnace. He was friendly, patient and very professional. The job was bigger and messier than expected and Art left my house spotless. The customer service and support from the team at Woolley, from the very first call to the office was superb. I am very happy to have made the switch to Woolley and recommend them highly.

Woke up this morning to no heat and 1 degree outside.
Upon getting in touch with Woolley, David was extremely prompt with getting back to me. He helped to diagnose over the phone. When it was clear that we needed assistance he was fast to come over!
Thank you David for getting us warm again.

Craig has done work on my AC and boiler. He is very courteous, knowledgable and the work was done very promptly. It's often hard just to get people to show up for this kind of work and he not only showed up but completed both projects on the same day. AC work was on a super hot day and the boiler on a very cold day (of course) so getting it done promptly was huge.

On Jan.15th Craig M. of Woolley fuel came to my home to service my oil burner. He was punctual, courteous and a had a lot of patience. He came in , got right to work and gave my oil burner a thorough check up and cleaning. I asked him numerous questions while he was working about parts of the oil burner and he took the time to explain everything to me. He cleaned everything up before he left. I wish all workers were like Craig.
