Old, nothing gets repaired, "soft" area has 3-4 inch gaps in between the mats so kids are constantly tripping. Under the slides and climbing area they used sharp material so guess what happens to kids heads?! Glass bottles broken in kids play areas and druggies sitting watching kids play.
