Absolutely the worst place to take your pet!!

If you love your pet never bring it here! the worst pet grooming place ever brought my but my dog here he came back shaking nervous and she cut him,

They do what they want here. We like our poodle to look like his usual cotton ball self but he needed a trim and wash for the New Year. We requested his hair be trimmed a bit and the hair around his face should be left as it was. They disregarded our request, and our poodle returned completely shaven down. He was returned to us shaking and not his usual happy self.
Won't EVER be going back here again.

I took my dog their two days ago at 10am I told them I had to be at her Vet in Manhattan at 1:30pm there were only two dogs in front of her I asked the girl their around what time they be done she told me around 12pm. I said good enough, the girl asked me to pick up my dog and put her in the cage, she is my dog so I didn’t have a problem with that I left her with her leash on and left the other half hanging on the outside of the cage. I left at 10:18am I give them a call at 12:30pm to see how things were going the girl who pick up the phone told me that they were almost done, so I waited till 1pm due to the fact that they didn’t call yet to come and pick my dog up I went over there. I couldn’t believe it they haven’t even started working on my dog at all she was the same way I left her and the girl who’s in the front was watching T.V when she saw me she said “oh she next” that s**t got me so mad I yelled at them and said some other things to them I opened the cage were my poor dog was at I’ve never seen here so sad and took my dog out and left, they didn’t even give my dog water cause the moment I walk outside I give her bottle of water and she drank the whole thing… it’s such a bad place I really don’t know how they have a pet business. If you have a pet DO NOT take them there.
