Wood Floor Planet is a business focussed around integrity and customer service. Eddy was an incredible pleasure to work with and was professional and kind from start to finish. I had an extremely small window of time to complete the project, and everything from the initial quote to the final product was completed with transparency and care.
For instance, I only had two short mornings in my schedule set aside for quotes, and Eddy made a special effort to see my apartment on Easter Friday as that was the only remaining day that worked for me. Of the four quotes I received, Wood Floor Planet was the only one that provided a precise breakdown of all labor costs and materials.
Eddy brought samples of the wood I was interested in to my apartment so I could get a better sense of what the wood looked like on site.
I also had special soundproofing requirements, and Eddy was flexible in adapting my design to the project. He spent time to research the materials I suggested to make sure there would be a positive result.
Finally, I was out of town for most of the project. While it was nerve-wracking to be away from my apartment while the work was being done, Eddy communicated consistently throughout the period and sent me photos at every stage of installation. He always addressed my concerns with clarity and patience.
I have worked with wood flooring businesses twice before, and this experience exceeded my expectations. The professionalism of Eddy and staff have raised the bar for others in the business. Thanks again for the wonderful job, and will post pictures soon.
