My appt was for 10:15am and I got there at 10:00am. I waited in waiting room for and hour and a half before being called. Then in the exam room I waited another 20 minutes for Doctor to arrive. Customer service is ridiculous here. Don't recommend this office to anyone. Slow service.

The reason I started going to Westchester OBGYN was because my friend recommended a PA to me. So far I have only gone twice, and both times I have showed up on time but had to wait over an hour in the crowded waiting room to go in. (People were even waiting in the hall.) A separate time I took the same friend who recommended it to me, but her wait was less than 10 minutes and she was in and out.
Each time I've been in there, it felt like they were just trying to rush me out because they knew other people were waiting and they wanted to go home. (One employee even said in front of me "We're going to be here so late, I can't wait to get out of here.") By the time I'm called, I've forgotten everything I wanted to ask and just want to leave because I've been there so long.
No one ever explains anything very clearly to me (i.e. instructions) so I often feel confused as to what I'm doing. If it weren't for my PA, I would probably never return. She is the sweetest and makes a conscious effort to make me feel comfortable. However, when I have questions about medication, I am directed to the nurse and not the person who would actually prescribe it to me.
For the most part, the staff are professional and helpful. The women at the front desk know what they are doing, but aren't the friendliest. One time I called to make an appointment and was put on hold for at least 15 minutes, and the woman on the other end was rather brusque.
Unrelated to the employees, the parking lot is a tiny nightmare, and though on-street parking is free as well, it isn't easy to get a spot close to the office.
Overall, your experience there may just depend on when you make your appointment, because I have felt rushed and isolated every time because it was overcrowded, but my friend says she hasn't had the same experience I have.

Ive been going to the Westchester OBGYN for over five years. It seems to get worst and worst every year. I do like to build relationships with my doctors but I finally decided to change doctors. The staff is not friendly. They move you from one waiting room to another and then to the exam room where you will wait some more (its cold in there too). I do love the doctors but by the time I get to see them I forget all of my questions and am in a rush to get out. I wouldnt reccommend it. Maybe they need to experience a drop in clients before they pick up their customer service skills.
