I totally agree the customer service is awful I was on a business trip and purchased items and I was pregnant the sales asscociate said I could get a refund if they did not fit-
Well not only did she not give me a refund- they ignored me for weeks- they sent me a credit for 94.00 and then said they would refund any of the other to my credit card 20 calls later and they said we mailed a store credit. Well- I am on the phone with my credit card disputing this purchase I will NEVER purchase this again
