Service is terrible. No leniency if you are 1 minute late. Service reps are rude and not understanding at all.

LOVE THIS COMPANY! They always have exactly what my productions need PLUS their customer service on the phone, via email and in person is great. Highly recommend them if you are in Production.

I just called to add more to an order that was placed by my company yesterday. I was helped by an employee named Keith, not only was it not a problem making changes to the order for like the 10th time, he was down right pleasant. Rarely do you find an employee that is as eager to do his job well as this guys was.

Wits End's customer service today was exceptional. Thanks again dudes.
