terrible service! i waited 45 minutes just to get someone to look up my account to see if i was eligible for an upgrade because my phone had broke. They then told me they couldnt help me because i had an unpaid balance of $3.99. On the verge of tears i called verizon myself and found out there was no such unpaid balance and i wasted 3 hours of my life. thanks for nothing.

came in to get help with a email issue that customer service could not explain....daniel was so helpful in helping me to get this issue taken care of...the customer service i received in this store was above and beyond

These guys are so f-ing sleazy! I would love to fart in their store, run out and lock the door. Then get some fro yo with gummi bears and watch Wireless To Go die. Merry Christmas.
