These people are crooks. I wish I had read these reviews before going to this store. They overcharged customers.
They overcharged me for a new SIM card. After confirmation with T-Mobile, I tried to talk to the store manager for more than 2 weeks with no success.
I called more than 10 times and the employees are always telling me that the manager is not in that day, she might come later or she will return my call.
