Sonia was so helpful! She did everything she could to help me understand my plan and save me money. She was also very patient. I would definitely go back to the store!

This is the only Verizon Wireless location to go to. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to determine the problem, fix or debug your phone rather then sell you a new one! I highly recommend him and his staff.

I don't think I've ever written a review like this but after visiting Steve, I felt compelled to share my experience. Wireless stores are a commodity and Steve rises above all the rest by his courteous nature, great service, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond. I appreciate that I was referred to his store and will refer to all my friends in the Montclair area.
