Probably the worst broker company in new york. Very unprofessional with a bad reputation to begin with. A broker name Ling Min Jin (lily) showed us an apartment in maspeth queens NY.
Day 1 broker lily and her partner showed to us the apartment and we told them that we like the apartment and we made the decision already that we are going to take the apartment and we will confirm it tomorrow by calling her.
Day 2 we confirm to lily that we are going to take the apartment and we would like to put a deposit. Made an appointment the following day to bring the money.
Day 3 in the morning spoke with lily thru phone . Made an aggreement to bring the deposit in the late afternoon.
Day 3 late afternoon about to give the money Boom!!!
The apartment was gone
She said somebody else made the deposit and they give it away.
No further explanation its just that first come first serve. Duh?
With this experienced who in the right mind is gonna recomend WIN ZONG REALTY INC.
Stay away from this broker who doesnt know the word PROFESSIONAL
