DOES NOT RETURN CALLS.
you have to hound them to get a person on the phone. and then they lie about who you are talking to or who is available to talk to .I told them 7 times I changed insurance and at 7PM someone call to get my insurance info. I know I told the person on the phone in person because I remember he accent
As I started doctors great staff cant deal with anymore..
