Extremely friendly and no " holier than thou " syndrome which many great doctors tend to get. Dr. Winter has been the family Cardiologist for many years. HE KNOWS HIS SH**! My son was misdiagnosed by 2 other cardiologists in Manhattan but of course, dr Winter caught his rare type of Tricuspid Valve Prolapse. Highly recommend; not just as an amazing doctor, but as a very nice, clear explanations and overall good vibes which to me, is just as important as credentials!
