Windsor Pharmacy & Surgicals

great store in queens family own feeling. they always have meds in stock I was using them for very long time over the word year. this is where things went wrong and I change I try to be fair in all my writing so there is no misunderstanding. my medical needs are great. so I have always been the kind of person who calls ahead to make sure they have things in stock my stuff is special order that Windsor has always gotten always . but why I change is this I called them just like I always have done. I was getting ready to go over seas the day after my doctor appointment. the main pharmacy guy got half my order I had ask the doctor to send the main part of my medical needs that is a special order was sent to another pharmacy store so the main guy at Windsor was talking to me on the phone I happen to be in Manhattan on a cellphone. I'm talking load cause If I can't hear him I know he can't hear me with all the horns blowing and all power tools in the street back ground. he act fully un called for. he the Windsor worker yelled at me on the phone even the bank that I went into for the needs of my traveling the next day the worker at the bank even say this is a pharmacy woker talking to you like that. fully un called for then the Windsor worker even was told by me i'm try to be nice saying sir you have the part of my doctor order in your computer that is all i'm calling you for the rest of my medical needs are not what i'm calling you about. the Windsor pharmacy worker was told by me I called you since Thursday and it is now Tuesday I called you all weekend trying to tell you I leave this week I want to make sure I have all my medical needs your store never picked up the phone the Windsor person told me this weekend we shut the phones off .. the Windsor worker was told by me leave i'm only calling you about my order that is in front of you Windsor guy was mad cause he cost him self thousands from this unprofessional that he cost the store. then he goes ahead calls my doctor when I told him i'm leaving tomorrow you known this for over 5 months now he was mad he messed up I stilled try to give him half my business but he was not happy with this he wanted to be all of my business and nothing else even when he knew everything I need is special order and it takes over night to get and i'm leaving at 6am flight come on Windsor the guy even had the unprofessional telling me don't came to get my medical stuff from his store to this is clear up he knew the time of the flight cause I told him I even talked to him on my way to jfk airport when I told him look i'm at the airport just cancel my needs for this month ...he even acted more unprofessional acting like everything is peachy and creamy having the nerve to say have a good trip tell me how the trip and stuff is see you when you get back. come on Windsor are you guys taking on to much at one time and you guys need short handed .
