A one star review is being generous. I had an eye exam done at Windsor Optical, and then had them make lenses with the new prescription for one pair of glasses and one pair of sunglasses. I wore the glasses for a week and had headaches, nausea, and dizziness. I went in to have the lenses and prescription re-evaluated. The optometrist tweaked the prescription, and they had the lenses re-made. I tried these new lenses and they were no better. I had my prescription and lenses checked by a different optometrist, who determined that both the prescription was incorrect, and the lenses had been made incorrectly (the axis of the lenses were not respected, but rather were off by more than 12%, thereby creating a sort of "fun-house" effect with my vision, making me feel dizzy and have poor depth perception). Windsor Optical refused to refund my money, and continued to insist that the lenses and prescription were correct. That was a $750 mistake that I hope you will not make.

I have gone there for years and continue to use them after I moved to Brooklyn. They went out of their way to help with all kinds of challenges that have come up over the years. I highly recommend!
