First time I lay on my bad, a bug crawls up on my belly. Towels are not clean. Bed sheets are questionable.

Worse experience EVER!
We stayed 2 nights. The first one the room was dirty, with dirty blankets and dirty bathroom. There is a club on the building and the music is too loud to sleep!
The second night we got a new room. We arrived at the hotel at midnight and the room had not been cleaned!!! The hotel was full and they wanted us to stay in that dirty room! They were not giving any alternatives. The manager would not speak to us.
Till 4 am he did not gave us a solution, which was moving us to another hotel.
He wanted us to surrender and stay in that un cleaned filthy room.
I booked the hotel through Last Minute. After 40 days I have not received any kind of compensation.
