Went to ask for an estimate, the guy ask me for $25 to write it

The shop manager Steve is a nice guy. However, he does not answer questions, and promises to call you back. Never does. Three weeks after bringing in my car for an estimate, my insurance company had not received an estimate from Wilman's. I called and spoke to the owner, Mr. Wilman, a little frustrated.
He was not interested in getting involved. He is 'winding down', he said. When I started to explain what was going on, he had no interest in talking to me. Kept trying to blow me off and insisted that I speak to Steve. The guy that never calls back. When I persisted, and asked questions about the costs, he became offended and defensive. His demeaner turned from nice to nasty in a matter of minutes. Who wants to deal with people like this, when all you want to do is get your car fixed as quickly as possible?

Do Not bring your vehicle here, unless you want to pay way too much for mediocre service.
