Just walked by and knew we had to try... great setting & even better food. We tried the fried chicken sandwich, friend chicken tacos, coleslaw, side greens with walnuts, and Mac n cheese for the little one. Good meal all around!

One of the best chicken sandwiches I have had in quite some time. Tender fried chicken on a nice and soft bun hit the spot for lunch. The $3 beer special is nice too.

Has great homely atmosphere, with friendly staff.

Ordered the Deluxe Fried Chicken Sandwich on potato roll (11). The meal arrived within a matter of few mins, the sandwich was accompanied by freshly cut red onion rings and boston lettuce along with tator tots.

The chicken was well seasoned and crispy cooked in buttermilk which I could confirm due the darkness of the batter the remainder of the flavour tasted like beer batter for fish and chips and I believe there is room for improvement by chilling the batter before applying to the chicken more on the lines of tampura.

The restaurant did one up by using gourmet ketchup with the brand name Sir Kensington Ketchup which is highly appreciable.

The Tots were oily and next time I will order fries instead.

This restaurant is a must visit when in the area if you are craving for classic american comfort food.
