WORST DOCTORS EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I had an appointment which I arrived 15 minutes early for to fill out paperwork since I was a new patient. I was sent upstairs 45 minuted AFTER my appointment time. Fine, Doctors run late, I get it. Upstairs is another waiting room. The nurse on duty announces she's going on LUNCH BREAK ... so ... The waiting room continues to fill up and no one is being seen ... for another 30+ minutes because the one and only nurse went on break??? I was finally seen when she came back 2 HOURS after my appointment time. She took my vitals with the door open to the waiting area and multiple patients kept coming in to talk to her while she was with me! I was then sent back to the waiting area and 15 minutes later I was seen by the doctor. 2 AND A HALF HOURS AFTER MY APPOINTMENT TIME. Then I have to go BACK to the one and only nurse on duty for her to take my blood and urine sample. I asked if the doctor would just do it because I didn't want to have to deal with her again. He said no. I told him my experience while waiting and he told me I should tell the office manager. (I didn't, I just wanted to get out of there.) While she's taking my blood, she says, "was I rude to you?" Obviously he told her. I said no and that I thought she was unprofessional and the office was run more like a free clinic than an actual doctors office. So, she gives me a plastic water cup to pee in (sanitary?) and tells me to go down the hall and around the corner to the bathroom because the one right there was occupied. I would have rather waited so I didn't have to walk a drinking cup of my own urine down the hall and back into the waiting room, but she insisted... THENNNNN she tells me to set the cup on the counter... she goes to get the vial to put it in and ... SPILLS MY URINE ALL OVER THE COUNTER. On the paperwork, on the box of gloves, everything. NO JOKE. It was unbelievable. I didn't know what to do or say because I was in shock.. so after watching it all unfold for a second, I just walked out and went to the check out area... Unfortunately I have to go back for a re-check, after that I will NEVER go back there again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

rude, not helpful, nor compassionate. If she's any indication of how the dr's bedside manners are, you're better off one your own!
