I've been using the same grill for over 6 years now and my family loves it. It's extremely reliable and was relatively cheap considering all the value we've gotten out of it. The ordering process is easy if you are clear with the staff.

Rude rude rude! Refused to take down my address to verify credit card. He just kept yelling that the card didn't work an he wanted another card. The 800 numbers listed on the advertisements were inoperative. They twice refused to take directions of how to input the credit card info with a different delivery location, and they abruptly hung up the phone on me twice. I would seriously question how they would handle a warranty matter after such rude treatment.
