Disappointing, Damaged my watch, and Costs an arm and a leg
I took a Raymond Weil watch in for general cleaning/servicing and links adjustment after work. Everything seems good in the beginning when they smile at you and are quick to promise everything to get your stuff. Fast forward a few weeks, I arrive to pick up my watch which hardly looks clean at all. I point out some residue that still seems to be on the watch and the guy gives me a blank stare and points to their "no refunds, merchandise exchange or store credit policy" and shrugs. There is also some sort of blemish on the face that was DEFINITELY not there before.
To add insult to injury, I bring up the 15% coupon which they apparently do not honor. I received some lame excuse about how it was on the internet and not in person. At this point they have my expensive watch at ransom and probably figure I won't risk that for a 15%. I take my watch, pay the money. If they actually did an excellent job I'd gladly give them the $300+ and chop it up to a premium luxury service. But the fact the job was unsatisfactory and there is a strange scratch now on the face of the watch, I'm just livid.
I'll take it up with my credit card company because I can't trust these guys to do anything they promise/advertise.
Waste of time.

i am a 33 year old businessman(of Indian decent) went in to the local Brooklyn store with my mom to buy a Rolex for my dad, which was empty of customers. When a man that might be security approached me, i said hi am looking around. i went to back where a Russian lady asked if i need help i said yes want to see Rolex. she looked surprised instantly. i then asked for the gold daydate 2 with diamond dial she said none in stock. looks like half selection was missing. asked to see gold submariner she gave it to me and said dont touch dials or play around its a very expensive watch and she has to sell it. i was shocked said i know about watches i showed her my gold Breitling. she was like we dont sell those. i was very unhappy with sevice knowledge and treatment i got. when i talked to my mom about the price of a watch she but in and commented too. which was rude. i took my business to Tourneau at Roosevelt Mall where i bought watches before and they treated me nice and got my sale. where is the respect and friendliness for customers that are not white, i felt really bad and predjuiced against at William Barthman in Brooklyn!!! I guess Tourneau is the place for colored people with money and love of watches to go. They lost out on a $40,000.00 sale. bad bad service!!!

I found this store through my Pandora app on my iPhone, and they have a Mother's Day promotion going on. I liked my salesperson Connie, whom spent 40 minutes with me picking my charms for the bracelet. They have some really expensive stuff like Rolex and Catier at the back so this makes them very high end, but they also got some affordable brands for me too. Connie is very friendly and not being pushy to sell. I enjoyed my experience and loved my purchase.
