good selection, excellent food, large portions!!!

Dinner was great until it was time to ask for our leftovers to be wrapped. They placed my children's pizza in boxes and returned within minutes. I waited for my salad for almost 20 minutes when I asked where the salad was thinking they had forgotten, they assured it was on its way. After finally receiving my salad I noticed sticking out of the styrofoam box was a used contaminated band aid. I went to the front and addressed the situation at which point the manager Sevda saw the band aid and gave an excuse as to how it must have gotten there. She stated there was an employee that cut their finger and she said it probably fell off. Not even an apology or a refund of my money. At this point I asked why wasn't the employee wearing gloves. I informed the Nassau County Department of Health of the situation. Investigator Lee was assigned to my complaint, after completing his investigation he got back to me stating he spoke with management and concluded yes the band aid came from the employee but found no problem. Aren't we supposed to be able to trust the Department of Health to take of situations like this and make sure they are at least wearing gloves?? I would be very leary of what you order from here and just know the Dept of Health is not gonna back you up :(

Ordered my food on the phone. Repeated the simple order two times and had the girl REPEAT the order to me which was correct. When I go to pick up my order, it was not correct. There was no "I'm sorry" which really got me ticked off. The staff really has their head in the clouds when they are working. Very unprofessional!! I spoke to people who told me about their poor service but I didn't have such a horrible experience until tonight. Do your self a favor and spend your hard earned money else where.

Excellent food, can accommodate gluten free. Turkish coffee is delicious, just don't eat the sludge at the bottom.
