Wil Johns Tire Empire

Frank and the team have been servicing all our cars for over 25 years. They are friendly, professional and provide great service! Trust is important and they provide that. Would highly recommend Tire Empire to anyone looking for auto servicing shop.

After years searching for a mechanic I could trust, I couldn't be happier with Wil Johns. From the first phone call I was greeted with the friendliest "Good Morning!" I have ever heard. Brought my car in for multiple repairs on a Monday morning and was able to pick it up the very next evening at 5:30pm. They kept me informed with phone calls and even ended up doing some additional work after they had quoted me and did not charge for the additional service. It may have only been my first visit but I can say I'm already a loyal Wil Johns customer. Thank you thank you thank you!

I have known Rob, Frank and Louis for 17 years. Every car I buy goes right to their shop for service. I can't stress enough about their honesty. I have never though my bill is too high and/or overcharged. They are very customer service oriented also always asking before they preform any work on my car for problems I was unaware of. They explain everything in detail even when they are busy. More importantly they make you feel good even if you are not car knowledgeable. I can really go on and on, but just remember 17 years of great experience should speak for it self. Rob, Frank, Louis and all the staff members thank you so much for everything you folks do.

Well what can I say about the crew here at Wil-Johns that hasn't already been said in the countless reviews.

Rob (3rd gen family owner) and Lewis (shop manager) are absolutely great people to deal with.

I had an unfortunate issue with an aftermarket coilover (due to a manufacturing defect - bad welding) six days after installation. I had the installation done at Wil-John's. IT WAS NO ERROR NO THEIR PART but never the less they came to the rescue! Which in my book is a class act, there aren't many business out there any longer who operate they way do - to do right by the consumer.

From the moment I had called them and explained that my coilover had snapped at the welding point (which disabled my truck) they worked with me to provide me with reliable / fairly priced towing, keeping my truck at their shop until my parts arrived (mind you with at no charge) and making sure that I was taken care of in a very timely manner. I arrived at 08:00 and was out the door by 11:30; this was from taking out the defective coilovers, installing new coilovers, checking alignment, test driving and billing.

Rob and Lewis took tons of pictures of the damage my truck incurred due to the faulty coilover and documented everything so I have proof of damage and cost for me to go after the company who made these coilovers.

Rob and Lewis are such great guys and Wil-John's is truly one of the last great places where they aim to please their customer base.

When it comes to my truck I go no where else, I go out of my way all the way from Brooklyn and pay that damned toll just to have these guys work on my truck.

Santo is awesome and he was very helpful in selecting if I should choose a lift kit or level kit for my 2011 Nissan Frontier. He got me the style of rims/wheels that I wanted despite some vendor issues.

From the time that I had paid for the parts until delivery of items and installation it was 5 days which was amazingly fast.

I'd highly recommend these guys. Nothing but professionalism and courtesy.

This was my second time taking my vehicles to Wil Johns Tire Empire for service, and both times I was very impress with there service. The waiting period for service was very short, and there staff was very knowledgable, caring and polite. My vehicle was up and running in no time, with no noticeable issues. I will definite return back for more service, I highly recommend Wil John to all my friends and family.
