Just want to say thank-you. After spending so much money on other plumbers, who could not do the job, and kept coming back saying we would have to remove the tiles and pull the sink from the wall, just to unclog a bathroom sink. This would cost a fortune. Well Wickersheim & Sons earn ten stars, not only fixing my bathroom sink, which no others could, they also fixed the my bathroom tub, which started backing up. I would highly recommend Wickersheim&Sons to everyone. A very satisfied customer.

This firm was hired by my General Contractor to complete rough and finish plumbing. Although the firm sent a professional career plumber, numerous mistakes were made. No attention to details...plumbing placed on exterior wall without insulation, hot and cold lines crossed in one shower, NO hot water in second shower, plumbing not laid out to fit inside sink vanities even though they were on site for measurements at all times, failed inspections delaying job for failure to add drain for washer/dryer. I could go on and on...owner never returned calls to address issues.

secretary was very rude

Did winter maintenance on my furnace. Their so called service ended up breaking some parts. Charged me full price for the winter maintenance and $600 for the repair. When I asked for some consideration on the pricing they said, "We did the work, what do you want from us." I would have called in another plumber in to do the repair, but it was a freezing cold night and I had young children in the house. Don't use these guys.

Professional and able to work efficiently and skilled. I needed a replacement sump pump hooked up and they were very accommodating despite a tight schedule. Additionally the rate they quoted for replacing a valve and drain pipe were reasonable. They seem to be on the smaller side, but I'd recommend using them if available.
