Why Not Men's Spa

I made a reservation for 3, we were seen promptly with a smile. The massage was great and the scrub was nice. The only thing I'd change is the temperature in the scrub room. Might be better if I weren't cold. Other than that everything was fantastic. The person who did my massage and body scrub was very polite. I recommend Tony! My pedicure was done by Brian and Nilo. Definitely plan on going back. The only thing I'd suggest is a rewards plan...

I am not one to leave feedback about places that i visit unless they are good feedbacks because i hate making a business look bad but the way i was treated here last night was terrible! Going by the reviews i read here (probably reviews made by people that work there or business owner) i was very excited to try this place.

I went in there last night and as soon as i walked in nobody was in the reception desk but there was this guy sitting on the side playing on his phone then after waiting for someone he looks at me and says what do you need?. I told this guy that i was there for the 7:30pm appointment. He took me into a room for a massage, didnt even say hi or anything but i was giving this guy the benefit of the doubt. He walks in, puts a towel over my body and about 20 minutes into the massage i asked him, is this whole massage with a tower? It was extremely hot in there and that towel was just scratching my back every time he would massage me through the towel. Like seriously? i could've gotten a better massage from my 2 years old niece. The whole time i was super uncomfortable. i guess he didnt like that i asked about the towel and threw the towel back and started massaging my neck for literally about 35 minutes with one hand. Then he goes "turn around" he started massaging my head for 1 minute!!!! im not even exaggerating and then he has the audacity to ask me if i wanted to pay for extra 30 minutes?? like seriously i said no its fine and then he goes ok massage done ....

so he massaged my back with a towel for 20 minutes and then my neck for 35 minutes and my head for 1 minute. What kind of crappy massage was that? and thats not all. I go to pay and they are lucky i paid. I was just going to walk out after that disgusting massage. Then when the guy at the reception (which was nicer) asked me how do you feel after the massage? i said terrible! this guy that gave me the massage (standing right behind me) had a bad attitude the whole time and im very disappointed. So the masseur proceeded to start saying stuff in his native language so i didnt understand anything he was saying. The receptionist goes "Ill give you %10 off, he charged my card and didnt give me %10 off. thats the least they could've done) i walked out of there furious. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and the guy kept telling me, ohh the manager is not here. so i asked can i call tomorrow and he goes the manager is never available leave a message. Seriously? what kind of terrible business are you guys running? How is a manager never available to speak to a costumer i hope you guys read this review and understand the terrible worker that you have there that shouldn't even be called a masseur.

I hate the fact that im leaving such a negative review on this business but after a very stressful day at work all i wanted was a relaxing massage and my night got even worst after going to this place.

Tom or Tim (I think it is Tom) gave me a great 90 minute message. He was very good at recognizing my sore areas and worked them over very well. Very strong massage.
