I had an issue with an error Bob had made asking to me making another down payment after I had already made one, but Mike promptly contacted me, apologized, and explained the error that was made to me (Bob's error) and we worked it out. I picked my truck up yesterday and after just sitting there while Bob was dealing with some customers that were there before me it became clear that the issue was not with the establishment itself but with the person I was dealing with at the time. The truck runs great now and my worries about it have been put to rest, as well as my faith in the shop restored. I'd recommend this shop to anyone with just one warning, Beware of the Bob....

Mike and Wholesale Transmissions fixed my

Brought my car into Wholesale Transmission with a major gear shifting issue (automatic)Chrysler 300. They were very familiar with my transmission, built by Mercedes Benz and made all necessary repairs to include replacing the transmission computer board. My car is running well and I even asked them to change the front struts which were rusting pretty badly, and that job went well too. The customer service was great and I plan to bring my car back for future servicing. Well done Team Wholesale Transmissions. A pleasure to find mechanics that you can trust.

This is the best transmission shop in the area! This is a family owned business and they're extremely honest and diligent with their work. They don't nickel and dime you like other shops.You can rest assured they'll give you an honest estimate and only charge you for things that need to be done. I really enjoyed dealing with the owner (Mike) and his staff. You can feel confident that your car is in good hands.I have been taking my car to them for years and I plan to do so for years to come.

I want to recant my previous review. After I had my experience with wholesale transmission in fords nj.well I received a call from the real owner and I can tell he was the owner I felt the passion in his voice and concern for 1.the way I was treated 2. Concern for my vehicle 3.the reputation of his business that he built with his long time employee SHAWN.So my problem was with James who clearly a middle man that clearly didn't care about any any of my 3 points at the top! So my apologies to mike and wholesale transmission team.also thanks to mike for actually checking my car and resetting the computer which fixed my problem and not the 5000$ transmission. James is no longer in the picture! Thank you again.
