Whole Foods Market

Has a nice space in the back of the store for eating lunch and getting some work done. However the maintenance leaves something to be desired, as the wooden tables are often sticky and revolting.

Spacious store, checkout moves fairly quick. Free WiFi and lots of tables past checkout.

An employee stopped me entering through the left entrance. That's ridiculous. I just want to use the tables and try a shortcut. I live nearby and used to buy a lot in this wholefoods market, now I'd like to use the service it offers━ the tables and free WiFi. The wholefoods pretends to be willing to offer convenient service while actually it is not. I couldn't access the internet too.

About one year ago I would have given this store a 4-star review. Unfortunately, the quality overall of the shopping experience has degraded in just about every way. Firstly, the customer service is a hit or a miss. They hire too many people here who do not understand English very well with Nigerian accents and they are frustrating to deal with. Some of the butchers here do not listen very well and cut the meat incorrectly. Some of the people working the cash registers are rude as well and do not say thank you or anything at all; they stand there with a sullen face. Now for the food. The selection of products is actually solid but I feel like they do not swap out their "core" products often enough; the selection can get boring unless there are seasonal items available. Vegetables and fruits are maintained very nicely and are usually of above average quality. At the end of the day though this store is far better than the alternatives but I hope the problems are fixed.

One of my favorite Whole Foods market location. Not crowded. Well laid out and easy to navigate to the different areas. They have a great beer selection. I have spent lots of time and money on their beer selections.

This is close to the PATH train at WTC and not too far a walk from the trains on New York, NY.
