Sometimes you will find yourself waiting at the Staten Island Ferry Terminal. Sometimes you will be starving. I have bought food from Whitehall on more than one occasion. Their pretzels are decent. Expect similar to Auntie Anne's or Pretzel Time. Always fresh and always hot.
