If you want to deal with the rude and incompetent staff then this is the place for you! Not sure where he finds the girls that work there but he needs to look elsewhere and hire people that put the patient first. I've known Dr Baker since he was known as Dr. Berenberg and had a quality staff. I will be looking for a new PCP for my mother.
