We had one night to walk around in Greenwich Village, and this stop grounded us to the neighborhood. A good place for a pint of Guinness.

A nice, lived-in place for a quick drink (or several) with a group of friends. Good selection and friendly service, but remember to bring cash.

Not as gritty as McSorleys but almost as old. This pub has been updated and has a modern cross of customers. Serves all kinds beer n liquor. Service is excellent. Watch ur shots - we got doubles.

It's too bad that there are a few really bad staff members, otherwise this place would live up to its legend.
You can expect a fun place, but don't be surprised when they're rude.
