We purchase all of our pet food and pet supplies here! The staff is the kindest, and remembers your name and what you purchase. Even when I occasionally call for deliveries they remember who I am. That type of service cannot be taught. Not to mention they offer only holistic and healthy products. I feel very lucky to live so close to such an exceptional pet shop!

We got our kittens here. The staff, especially the greek woman, are always very informed and helpful. I feel like we've been put in the right direction and that our cats are healthier and happier than they would have been if we shopped anywhere else.
Really great. My only complaint is that buying holistic can be pricey, however that is par for the course today and is really worth it to me. Check them out. Peter.

Whether its the friendly customer service, the "do whatever it takes" delivery service or being able to talk to their animal guru (he's in the NYC store)... Whiskers is BY FAR AND AWAY the best pet care store in New York.
