- Terrible #34914

DO NOT SHOP AT WHIMS AND WISHES. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS. THEY DON’T PAY THEIR BILLS. I'm a vendor of home fragrances and they have not paid for an order of $214.50 for more than 8 months. The owner is avoiding my phone calls and not paying for the merchandise they received.
