This so called "friend" of this person is his wife Carol Lazar. Their last known residence is Silver Spring but they have moved around a lot.
They wear the cloak and dress of Orthodox jews but one can tell from their words they have violated the commands of not
1. saying malicious slander against ones neighbor
2. Giving erroneous and "hearsay" testimony
3. Outright lying
4. Attempting to destroy the source of income of ones neighbor

Please be advised against having any business dealings with this couple.

Normally we do not respond to this kind of nonsense but
this fellow is covering up for his own dishonesty and not wishing to pay his righful bills by threatening and eventually writing an absurd review to damage our practice. His name is Toby Lazar and he says his tooth didnt need a filling when xrays clearly show a cavity. We did a resin filling for him and we billed that as a filling not as a crown. There is clear documentation of this in our records.
He asked us to pay for his wifes nightguard by billing it as orthodontics to insurance. He has refused to pay for his bills.
He says we recommended fillings for a friend but doesnt say if the friend had cavities. Just because a person never had a cavity doesnt mean they cant get one. Of course he doesnt say who this friend was or any information that an impartial observer can evaluate.
It is easy in this kind of environment to write damaging words because you want to hurt a business. I urge anyone reading this to read his review in light of the above information..dr wexler
