Only two toilets, so you get to run up and down floors if you have to go and they're taken (often). AC doesn't turn off (freezing). Other pleasantries of co-working millennial space: people take meeting rooms when they don't have them officially reserved. You show up with your guest and kick them out and get to clean up the trash they leave behind and enjoy the leftover BO smell. Frequent construction noise. People burn incense but who's going to stop them (no HR). Every day is bring your dog day. But hey, that's shared office space. Otherwise decent and they give you free beer.

Our company has been here for a few months. They still do not have the heat working correctly in the building, which is an improvement from no heat at all, but it is 66 degrees in our office today, which is too cold.
The mail room loses packages frequently enough that I bought a P.O. Box in the area. The mail notifications that we do receive all go to one apparently arbitrarily person in the company even though we have asked them in person and over the App to change this many, many times.
The lights in some of the Men's and Women's restroom stalls are on automatic timers, and after a second or two they turn off, leaving you completely in the dark. Also, apparently there are not enough Men's restrooms even though the floor is mostly empty at this point.
The open spaces are not as nice as spaces in other WeWorks.
In all, it's not a great work experience, and much worse than other WeWorks in the city.
