Wen there for fivver event. Very small and rundown.

Ghetto. Crowds of desperate strivers getting drunk and talking loudly.

We Work? I don't think so. Nice place, pretty decorating -- but unprofessional on many levels. I met with a few of the execs that run the organization and they themselves have some major issues regarding professionalism and appropriate conduct during a meeting. I think their egos stepped out ahead of common sense.

Business surroundings. Many of the people who rent space or a shared table here do so because they can't afford an actual office. Cost effective? Yes. But do I want to run my business in arms reach of these individuals. Absolutely not. It's one step up from running a business out of the local Starbucks. Ok, it's not that bad, but it requires a compromise that I am not willing to accept in my requirements for a business office.
