Westwood Taxi and Limousine Service

Horrible experience. Shady drivers with Brooklyn accents who talk to you like you're part of a hitman experience. Then they charge you double what you were quoted by the dispatcher over the phone. $45 for a 5 mile ride? Give me a break. Then they wanted a tip? HELL NO.

How this company is still in business is beyond me. Cabs often aren't available for an hour or more. If they show up, it's well beyond the promised time. And the cars are in disrepair and stink of cigarette smoke (and this is from someone who generally doesn't mind smoke). Download Uber or Lyft and help put this place out of its misery already.

I drove a few times. Met some nice people. The tire blew once going over the GWB with a passenger in the car. Lucky to have made it on the rim to a "safe" place to put a tire on for the offshoot of GWB. I can't say the cars are trustable in all conditions. I'm an excellent driver. I could be mistaken to be related to Marcel Fässler when working as your driver. I'd like to be a personal drive for someone with treads on their tires. When you need a cab Westwood Taxi usually arrives. The drivers are the best part of the machine. Cyber Monday! The switchboard must be lighting up! Congrats!

Just waited just short of two hours after being quoted 30 MINUTES! I called back several times for an update and was clearly LIED to! When I calmly told the dispatcher he wasnt doing his job he reply "CORRECT".. I said did you just confirm that I said youre not doing your job and he say "I said thats correct" Listen I get it.. Its hard to predict pick up times, things come up.. But you are providing a service that I can not in good faith recommend such poor time quotes and lack of customer service when things dont go as planned to my clients. I would have to be in dire straights with no other option before i called your service again. Had the dispatcher been more sympathetic and accommodating its possible that i would be more wavering on this point! Customer service can save the day or ruin your business. In this case sadly, you fell way short!

I don't know since when we do things or do not do things based on comments people make online but to be honest, I was scared to see the negative ones when I needed help last night.

The car broke down on the way home at midnight, so my husband had to arrange the toll truck to move the car to our mechanic in Norwood at 2 in the morning. His phone was acting up and I was extremely worried at home. He finally had the toll truck come around 3:00 and he would need a taxi from Norwood to home. After making a lot of phone calls, this place was the only that answered and offered the help. Since I lost the contact with my husband, I really had no idea what time he would be at the mechanic but the driver showed up not only on time, he also waited. By the time my husband came home, it was 4:10.....and he had to get up for work at 7......

I was so relieved and so thankful for his prompt service and rescue. Though it was an exhausted night/morning, my husband was home safe and sound.
