this is by far the worst rental company ever. The workers are very careless of your property and they are very lazy when handling your rental needs. The workers are also very rude to you. I will never use them again. The driver of the truck from the company was very careless about his driving, for example he destroyed all of my curbs in my driveway that i just had replaced. NEVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

Westside Party and Tent Rental helped to make my wedding day special. We got quotes from several different companies and their prices were overall the best. They were even willing to match another company on certain items that may have been a little cheaper. Their showroom is incredible and the entire staff was professional and courteous. I could not have been more pleased with our decision to choose them.

I wish that I could rate this place NO STARS! These are the absolute rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. I spoke with someone last week who stated that orders could be made up to 24 hours before an event. I call to place an order a week before and was told without even hearing my order that I can't be helped. Everyone that I have spoken to is incredibly rude and impatient. I will be sure to warn all my Event Planner contacts to work with another vendor who is more professional and actually wants the business!

I was so pleased with Westside Party and Tent Rental. I had been looking around for a party rental company for some time. Everyone at Westside was so helpful and accommodating. Even the men who delivered the items for me asked where I would like them. My husbands surprise birthday party went off with out a hitch greatly due to Westside! I received a lot of compliments and highly recommend your company!

I rented chairs, tables, and linens for a baby shower. The products were supposed to arrive between 11am and 1pm on a Friday. They arrived an hour late, which I was fine with, but then they did not have my table linens, and refused to deliver them until the next day! When I contacted the manager, Marty, he refused to do anything in order to deliver the linens on the proper day and also said they would charge me full price even though they had forgotten the linens and would not be able to deliver them on time. What is the purpose of a party rental company that brings products a day late?
