I"ve never been pushed to write a review before, but when service is this bad, I have to. The assistants and secretaries there are rude and inconsiderate, for starters. And the service! It's always at least an hour and a half wait.
I once waited 3 hours and went up to the front desk to ask about it. The lady's response? "You didn't sign in. I didn't see you do it." All while I was staring right at my name on the sign on sheet. I had to point it out at least four times before she finally gave up her point. Then I went in to see the doctor, telling her my allergies to ointments with the texture of vaseline. All she could tell me was that it wasn't possible, and sent me home, after a 3 hour wait just to talk to her, to try out vaseline again. Foolishly, I did. And my conditions got worse.
On multiple occasions, I've called to have my medications refilled. Each time, they've confirmed that I can pick it up at my pharmacy within half an hour after the call. And each time, without fail, I've gone to the pharmacy a few hours later just to find out my medication was never called into the pharmacy in the first place. These were both DIRE situations. One, I needed medication to regulate my cholesterol, and I was leaving for vacation the next day. Long story short, I went on a month long vacation without my medication. Second, I have persistent and severe asthma and needed a refill of my pump as soon as possible. Again, I went to the pharmacy, and there was no prescription.
I'm fed up with this place. I never thought I'd ever have to change my primary doctor. But the combination of the unreliable assistants and the shallow doctors leave me with no other choice.
Don't waste your time or money coming here.
