I dont even live here, but i called to inquire about an apartment and the person on the other line was the most rudest person in the world. i asked if pets were allowed and couldn't understand the first time due to poor reception and when i said "excuse me?" her response was NO PETS. with the biggest attitude ever. geeze. please invest in some kind employees.
