The Mitsubishi ductless split air-conditioning equipment has worked flawlessly over the past year for both cooling and heating.

We very much appreciate your attention to detail, flexibility, and responsiveness. We had three other contractors come to our home to give us quotes. Those other contractors stayed an average of 20 minutes. Your initial visit lasted closer to 1 1/2 hours. Your pricing was very competitive. You were very patient and flexible when we explored equipment from different manufacturers – we are so glad that we decided to go with your recommendation of the Mitsubishi equipment. You were also very patient and helpful as we explored how best to position the six indoor air handling units and outside condensers. Once we made our decision, the equipment was installed quickly and efficiently. We could not have been more pleased with Garfield and the rest of your crew. Each day began with laying tarps throughout our house. Each worker wiped their feet several times each time they came into our house. They cleaned up each day before they left our house. They treated our house as their own.

When we moved in to our apartment it was clear we were going to need a good air conditioner to cool off a very large living room. The people at Weston brothers really know what they are talking about. They'll spend the time to find the right and best product for you. It's an "old school" business with all of the incredible service you would ever need. And the very best products. They came to our house on time, did a great and very neat job with the installation. We have had the air conditioner for 7 years---it's been an excellent investment.

Weston Bros. saved us a lot of money. Michael Weston, the owner, came to my home to service an existing ductless split system and worked meticulously to make sure it was fixed before he left. I thought we were going to need a new system, but he said no need for that and replaced a part in the outdoor unit. He arrived on time and was very respectful of our home. I will certainly be using Weston Bros again if I need another service appointment or when I purchase a new system.

I had chosen Weston Brothers for all of our cooling needs since we purchased our home in 2004. Three in-wall Friedrich units and one Mitsubishi split-system later I am still glad we made that choice.

We recently had an issue with our split-system that they had installed and of course it came during the New York City summer and 90 degree days. Fortunately, Weston Brothers was able to come to our home just 3 days later and find the problem. The owner, Michael Weston, was very professional and knowledgeable. He performed some extensive troubleshooting over a 3-hour period and isolated the cause of the issue and solved the problem.

While some service companies ignore their client complaints, Weston Brothers takes great pride in their reputation and does what is necessary to get the job done and leave the client satisfied. I would highly recommend them for future projects and purchases.
