Are we paying for maintenance or not? I guess we deserve a snow removal in our street.. This is ridiculous cars are stuck in here. Good companies get snow removal and salt spreading trucks. That's the least you can do

Basically this company doesn't care about its customers. After a rough storm, everyone in our street was stuck for two days.. streets stay closed because of the snow for days before someone comes and clean up. IF YOU READ MY REVIEW SEND US A SNOW REMOVAL TRUCK TO 2 WASHINGTON DR.

Spoke with supervisor in staff regarding a vehicle not being moved just for a two weeks because of mechanical issues that was i going to get around to within the week. he said it was alright as long as it had plates and registered. 3 days later the car was towed. Extremely disappointed and how the matter was handled. would not recommend one bit with a staff who would say yes to one thing and do the complete opposite
Horrible security.

I am a current resident and am looking forward to the end of my lease. I have lived in my apartment for 2 years and am STILL on a waiting list for a parking garage. Parking usually isn't an issue but during the winter parking is horrible, they do not do a good job plowing the parking areas. Maintenance people are usually nice but I have needed to call multiple times to get someone to resolve an issue. My experience with the property manager was not pleasant, he was rude and disrespectful (he hung up the phone on me), which is more of a reason I want to locate elsewhere.

Andrea, I agree about the snow situation and the unmoved vehicles. I had fallen on ice in February and was told that Westmount would call to check in and make sure everything was okay. I was also told that if they didn't call me back, I should call in again. I called in twice and did not receive a response from them. There has also been a purple disabled vehicle parked in the lot since NOVEMBER (unmoved to this day). You can tell it has not been moved because even after snow fall and everything, the vehicle is now collecting dust. This takes up parking spaces in an area where parking is severely limited, esp when it snows.
Additionally, I had a horrible move-in experience. Within the first month and a half of renting the apartment, I had an influx of baby spiders crawling around and THEN I had a bee problem. After 1.5 wks of trying to reach the exterminator and being told he only comes one day out of the week, I returned to find over 40 dead bees on my apartment floor.
I do appreciate, however, it's proximity to food stores like Shoprite, the different highways like GSP, Route 3, etc, and the courteousness of the maintenance staff when they arrive to help. Also, the apartment I live in (a 1BR) is spacious and was newly renovated despite all the insect issues).
