Nice caring people!

Uncaring. I needed help and did not get it.

Over the past year, the quality of both the doctors and the support staff has declined significantly. Doctors spend less time with patients; they seem more interested in entering information in the computer system than actually talking to or examining patients. Support staff are frequently rude and abrupt with no sense that they are dealing with people who are sick. WestMed is coming to represent the worst in our changing medical care delivery system.

Westmed is a great medical organzation from their urgent care centers to all of the specialize doc. Both my children's pediatrician are at westmed, my husband's and my GP and I gave birth to both my children under the care of Westmed OBGYN. Great doctors is most important! Sometimes dealing with the phone system is a nucense but to be expected with the size of the practice WestMed operates.

To be honest, it is annoying to read the negative reviews, though everyone is entitled to their opinion, right. Nothing is perfect. They are a VERY busy highly regarded practice and that will cause a wait time as there are lots of other sick people who need to see a doctor as well.

Surprised to see negative comments. I have only the best things to say about the efficiency and care. From the appointment process to the timing of the visit everything was better than I expected.
