Westfield Veterinary Group: Withham Scott DVM

my dog needed her teeth cleaned. not only was westfield vet RIDICULOUSLY overpriced they tricked me into paying an extra $150 to get her blood work done. the doctor, who was not friendly or knowledgeable at all, told me i needed bloodwork done in order to move forward with her teeth cleaning. i was not sure when i was going to have the $550 necessary to have her teeth cleaned but i agreed to have her blood work done so she would be ready when i could get the money together. no one EVER told me that the blood work would only be good for one month. when i called 2.5 months later to schedule her teeth cleaning, the office told me i would need to have her blood work redone. so basically, they made me do blood work originally for no reason. a waste of $150 and then they wanted me to spend another $150 on top of the $550 her teeth cleaning was going to cost. an absolute disgrace and completely unethical. i let them know my dog would no longer be a patient. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS!!!
