Westchester Toyota Service

Charlatans! Went there for a quote to get my bumper fixed. Was told it would take 30mins, for a quote. An hr later, and they estimate they come up is twice what other local shops would charge. Toyota shamelessly added unnecessary parts, and their rate was larger even though they outsource bodyshop services.
My mother, and a few friends, used them for years. And they had the same complaint, outrageous prices with no quality. They take advantage of the brand name to exploit their customers; who are usually old and misinformed people. Check out the reviews on Yelp. Shame.

I bought my car in for service a couple weeks ago for the first time, and I could not be happier with the level of customer service I received! I dealt with Willie and he took the time to go over with me the work that was done and explained the bill. Its hard to find excellent customer service anymore, because of Willie I will definitely be using Westchester Toyota for all my service needs!!!!

Thanks Rich for helping me whenever I phone with questions & come in for service. I appreciate your direction & you always do your best to meet my needs. Despite the inevitable wait time it is always a pleasure to see you & all the staff at your location & I trust that my car is being well cared for. Everyone I encounter at your location is very kind & personable & I always love saying Hi to Willie as well.
