I was introduced to Dr. Krinick's practice by word of mouth, no pun intended. I was in dire need of some dental work as my 23 year old bridge was in decay and my smile had turned into a smirk over the years to his the discolored bridge.
I had recently received dental insurance from my employer and as we all now insurance does not cover everything. I was truly concerned about costs above my coverage.
On my initial consultation we discussed options to rectify my decaying bridge and it sounded great but I dreaded the cost part of the conversation which is where his office manager Susan became a valuable resource. She asked if my employer had an FSA plan and I didn't know what that was but I soon found out an FSA plan allows you save and pay for medical & dental expenses on a tax deferred basis very similar to a 401(k).
My employer did offer an FSA plan and the lion's share of my out of pocket expenses were paid for with tax deferred dollars. We set up a schedule of Saturday visits so I would not miss work and in 6 weeks my smirk became a smile again.
You would be doing yourself and your family a disservice by not meeting with Dr. Krinick and his great staff if you are in need of a great family dentist.
