The office is clean and relatively well organised. The staff are professional and friendly. Wait times are shorter than most other doctors Ive seen in Hoboken. Dr Pollack himself is pleasant, friendly and easy to talk to, but was very thorough when diagnosing my problem. He also offered what I think more doctors should offer - common sense advice, not just prescriptions.
